Several years ago I made the decision to be the best version of myself. The road hasn't always been easy. I learned that to be successful it takes determination, a support group and good supervision. I don't pretend to be perfect, however I know what to do to achieve it. I feel ready to help you succeed in achieving your goals with the help of skilled people and tips that I have discovered over the years. Forget all those diets that will make you regain double your weight as soon as you stop. Believe me I have a degree in this department! (I tested them all).
5 YEARS AGO I WEIGHED OVER 250 POUNDS.
I am a mother of 4 children, creator of the Fitmomsquad movement and a Kangoo Fitness instructor. My mission is to help women achieve and maintain their weight through fitness, nutrition and workshop programs. I haven't always had healthy habits, at one point in my life I weighed over 254 pounds. After endless yo-yo diets and three pregnancies, I decided to get back on my feet. The more I lost weight, the more I saw that my mission was to help women get back in shape and not use the excuse of not having time to achieve their goals. Now with 4 children I have proudly lost over 100 pounds and I want to share with you my passion for training and fitness. The main reason for my change: I wanted to be an active mother for my children, especially my energetic twins. I wanted the same energy I had when I had my first daughter at the age of 22.
